Re-hosts every coin's images on our own bucket so the tool keeps working
if Numista goes down or changes their URLs. Original Numista URLs are
preserved in image_backup_* fields. Safe to run repeatedly —
already-migrated rows are skipped.
The migration processes ~8 coins per batch (Cloudflare Workers
Free-plan subrequest limit). The button auto-chains batches until
everything is done — for ~70 coins, expect ~10 batches over ~2 minutes.
Stop anytime: nothing is left in a half-migrated state.
